T-Mobile USA, Inc.(T-Mobile) is in receipt of your correspondence dated May 8, 2023, regarding the above-referenced account. I am looking to receive the promo that T-Mobile advertises on their website for $10 off a month with a PHILO subscription. The internet department put in a ticket about my T-Mobile ID but this has been an ongoing issue for T-mobile since 2021. This is an FTC violation if they can not give me the promo they have advertised on their website. T-Mobile offers this promo to all home internet users. I explainded the situation with customer service and afterwards the call went silent and *************************** up on me. She transferred me to ************ and they said they could not do that and customer service had to do it. She said she would put a ticket in but in the mean time the rebate department can get me set up with the promo. She transferred me to the internet department and they tried to set up my T-Mobile ID but was unable. I can not sign up for the promo because I need a T-Mobile ID. ********************** offers $10 off a month when you sign up for a PHILO TV streaming subscription. I have called T-Mobile several times and they have verified that my T-Mobile email address is ********************* is accurate and T-Mobile has an ongoing problem with setting up internet only ID numbers. I can not get a T-Mobile ID because it says that my email address is not valid. My phone number for the internet account is ************. With regards to ************************* concerns with receiving advertisements by mail for T-Mobile services, please note, we may provide customers and non-customers with advertisements regarding our products and services. Customers can always unsubscribe from certain marketing communications by following the instructions in the communication they receive. T-Mobile respects and takes customers privacy seriously we believe it is important that they can manage the marketing communications they receive from **. We regret any concerns *********************** experienced regarding the recent T-Mobile advertisements they have been receiving by mail and we appreciate the opportunity to respond.
